For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Generally For Prepaid Delivery : Rs 75/-

For COD Delivery : Rs 75 + Rs 35 COD Charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aquaherbals.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
