Arg. Nit 12x: High notes cause cough. Chronic hoarseness. Suffocative cough, as if from a hair in throat. 

Arnica Mon 30x: Hoarseness from overuse of voice. Raw, sore feeling in morning. 

Phytolacca 12x: Dry hacking, tickling cough; worse at night, Throat feels rough, narrow, hot.   

Cal. Carb. Hah. 30x: Painless hoarseness; worse in the morning. Tickling cough troublesome at night 

Dosage of B51 Laryngeal Drops

10-15 drops should be diluted in water and taken 3 times a day.
