Dosage & Direction of Jhactions Ortho Cares

15-20 drops of the medicine should be mixed with 1/4 cup of hot water and sipped 4 times a day. So much medicine with two spoonful cold water should be applied locally for some time on the affected parts 3-4 times daily or as prescribed by the Physician.
