Yes. Like all AquaHerbals products, Kameshwar Modak is made using cannabis leaf (Vijaya) only — never flowering tops (ganja) or resin (charas). Under Section 2(iii)(b) of the NDPS Act 1985, cannabis leaf preparations are excluded from the statutory definition of "cannabis," making this legal under central Indian law.
