'A' Drops- 

• Phytolacca Berry 3x: Pre-eminently a glandular remedy. Glandular swellings with heat and inflammation. Helps to Decrease weight. 
• Ammonium Brom 3x: Used in obese people who has throat complaints.
• Cal. Carb 3x: It cures sluggish development of bones and teeth as well as throbbing joints and bones, for instance, backache, impaired nutrition being the keynote of its action, the glands, skin, and bones are the seat of action. 
• Fucus Ves 3x: Useful in managing weight usually with thyroid dysfunctions, regulates digestive disturbances.
• Oxygraphis 3x 

'B' Drops-

• Calotropis 3x:  Weight gained, while flesh decreases, muscles become harder and firmer. 
• Pulsatilla Nig 3x
• Thyroidinum 3x: Thyroidinum exercises a general regulating influence over the mechanism of the organs of nutrition, growth and development.
• Iodium 3x: Thyroid enlarged. Goitre, with sensation of constriction. Swollen submaxillary glands. Uvula swollen.

Dosage

5 drops of each bottle "A & B"may be added in 2 sip of water 4 hourly or 3 time in a day or as prescribed by the physician.
